Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub Cool Whip (divided)
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 box strawberry gelatin (prepared and slightly cooled)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • Optional: strawberry jam, white chocolate shavings, mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreos or graham crackers using a food processor or zip bag and rolling pin.
  2. Combine crumbs with melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press into a 9×13 glass dish and chill for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in half the Cool Whip gently and spread over the chilled crust.
  6. Prepare vanilla pudding with 1.5 cups cold milk, let set 5 minutes, and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Layer fresh sliced strawberries over the pudding.
  8. Pour slightly cooled strawberry gelatin over the strawberry layer and spread evenly.
  9. Top with remaining Cool Whip and optionally garnish with jam swirls, white chocolate shavings, or mint.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use ripe, fresh strawberries for best flavor. Add a pinch of salt to the crust for contrast. Chill each layer for better structure and clean slices.
