Description
This no-bake Strawberry Lasagna is a chilled, creamy, fruity dessert with layers of cookie crust, whipped cheesecake, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for summer gatherings or an easy crowd-pleasing treat.

- 2 cups crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tub Cool Whip (divided)
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 box strawberry gelatin (prepared and slightly cooled)
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1.5 cups cold milk
- Optional: strawberry jam, white chocolate shavings, mint leaves
Instructions
- Crush Golden Oreos or graham crackers using a food processor or zip bag and rolling pin.
- Combine crumbs with melted butter until mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press into a 9×13 glass dish and chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in half the Cool Whip gently and spread over the chilled crust.
- Prepare vanilla pudding with 1.5 cups cold milk, let set 5 minutes, and spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Layer fresh sliced strawberries over the pudding.
- Pour slightly cooled strawberry gelatin over the strawberry layer and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and optionally garnish with jam swirls, white chocolate shavings, or mint.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use ripe, fresh strawberries for best flavor. Add a pinch of salt to the crust for contrast. Chill each layer for better structure and clean slices.
